To date, we are engaging active follow-ups with more than 3 million users and totalling over 1 million minutes of in-depth conversations with the users. Always having UWANT users in mind, we managed to gather more than 2000 full product breakdowns, from unboxings to user guide and maintenance, which eventually contributed to comprehensive and seamless user experience to shop with UWANT.

Owning over than half of the employees under the technical department, this strategic move ensures UWANT to gain production capacity for more than 1 million units on a year-to-year basis. Not to mention, the ongoing expansion of the factory capacity spans nearly 50 thousand square meters (approximately 538195.52 square feet) and is set to be completed by 2026.

Owing to our fortified background and investment in R&D, it has led to consistent greatness of innovation within the industry. UWANT ensures all smart cleaning innovations are backed by core patents, with more than 300 intellectual property rights secured to date, consisting of 169 utility patents, 78 design patents, 42 granted inventions, 66 invention applications, and 10 software copyrights.
