Shipping Policy

Uwant Australia (operated by Dasher Holding Pty Ltd) ships all orders to addresses within Australia.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Standard Delivery (2–12 Business Days)

All orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification from our courier partner with tracking details. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the item's dispatch origin.

If You Are Not Home

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will notify you with options to:

  • Collect from a nearby depot or collection hub
  • Arrange a re-delivery
  • Provide authority to leave the parcel in a safe location

Remote Locations

Our national courier network cannot provide door-to-door delivery to some remote Australian areas — including locations requiring light aircraft, barge, or boat access (for example: Roma, Weipa, Nhulunbuy). In these cases, surcharges may apply or delivery may be made to a local depot or Australia Post office for customer collection. If your order is affected, we will contact you before dispatch.
